BEEF STRIP SKEWERS with Cheese and Dried Fruit

Ingredients:
1            wedge of gorgonzola cheese or blue cheese (you may substitute a cheese of your choice)
3 oz.      Alexander Gourmet Cracked Pepper or Jalepeno Chili Beef Strips
Assorted dried fruits;  peaches, apricots, apples and figs
Bamboo skewers

Directions:
Cut chunks of the beef strips into bite size pieces.  Cut the cheese into bite size chinks which can slide onto bamboo skewers.

Have an assortment of dried fruit also in bite size chunks; peaches, apricots, apples and figs.

Begin with the beef strips, slide one piece onto a skewer.  Then slide on one piece of cheese, and follow with another piece of fruit.  Repeat.

Artfully arrange the skewers on a platter.  Serve with roasted nuts or crackers.
